Site Solutions is a software engineering company in Pristina, co-founded by Afrim and Helidona Shabani. We design, engineer and maintain custom platforms, ERPs and websites for companies in Kosovo, Germany and Switzerland, built end-to-end by its two co-founders and not handed off after launch.
Site Solutions was founded after seeing the same pattern across Europe. Companies inherit production systems abandoned by their original builders. Marketing sites with unpatched plugins. Custom platforms whose maintainers have moved on. Launches celebrated, then quietly forgotten.
We founded Site Solutions to operate differently. A single engineering team designs, builds and maintains every system, from kickoff through every quarter that follows. Whoever knows the codebase best is whoever responds when production breaks.
Three principles shape how we work: a limited number of clients each year, our own engineers responding to incidents, and every system treated as production we will still be operating in year three. Because we will be.
